Since I was a child, the winter wears me out. The sun stays low in the sky all day and I get a headache. The mornings are as dark as the evenings and I want to stay asleep then nap then sleep early. And if not sleep then work at a task or tend a fire in the darkest coldest time of winter night. Winter is over. My birthday has come and gone. Easter is this weekend and we’ve planted our garden for the summer.
I wake earlier in the morning. I forget is it supper time except by the clock. Although I still don’t have a flood or trickle of thoughts to blog about, perhaps things will begin moving faster within me as we get warmer. This is how it usually goes.
